Job Description:

This RN position focuses on providing specialized medical-surgical and telemetry care for adult patients, often managing complex cases such as ESRD, CHF, pneumonia, and diabetic emergencies. The shift is 12-hour nights, offering a chance to enjoy the quieter hours of the hospital while delivering critical care. During this assignment, you will perform cardiac rhythm interpretation, manage non-titrating cardiac drips, and handle wound care and IV starts. The role also involves collaborating with a dynamic support team that includes phlebotomy, RT, case managers, and clinical specialists. The hospital’s new unit, opened in 2025, fosters a welcoming and psychologically safe environment, emphasizing teamwork and patient-centered care.
