Job Description:

This travel assignment in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) at Wesley Medical Center offers an opportunity to work with a team of skilled registered nurses in a 26-bed critical care setting. You will be providing care for cardiac patients, managing complex procedures such as heart caths, balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia protocols, and cardioversion. The work involves monitoring patients with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, handling medication drips, central lines, and utilizing advanced equipment like balloon pumps and CRRT machines. The night shift runs from 7 PM to 7 AM, requiring a committed and organized approach to deliver high-quality care during a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
