Job Description:

Join the team as a registered nurse in the Medical-Surgical/Tele unit for a 13-week travel assignment in Gardner, Massachusetts. You'll primarily work evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a workload of 8 hours per shift. This role involves caring for adult patients with a patient ratio of 1:5, providing critical support in medication administration and documentation using Omnicell and Meditech Expanse systems. Expect to receive 16 hours of orientation, which can be scheduled as two 8-hour or two 12-hour shifts with a preceptor. The unit is flexible with scrubs of any color, and there’s no call or float requirement. You'll work every other weekend and holiday, providing a consistent but manageable schedule in a setting that values experienced nurses with at least 2 years of relevant clinical background.
