Job Description:

Join a specialized team as a float Registered Nurse in the critical care setting, providing care across various units including Stepdown and PCU areas. This contract offers a unique opportunity to experience different facets of inpatient nursing, with the flexibility to float between campuses such as Ross Heart, Brain & Spine, and Dodd. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with a schedule that allows you to immerse yourself in diverse patient care scenarios. Your expertise in IV starts, telemetry, and Epic systems will be vital in delivering seamless care during this assignment, which involves handling patient ratios of approximately 3 to 4 patients per nurse.
