Job Description:

Join our team as a Cardiac ICU RN in Fairfax, where you'll delve into high-stakes cardiac care, managing complex devices like ECMO, Impella, and IABP. This role demands hands-on experience with targeted temperature management, CRRT, and PA Caths, providing a unique opportunity to work with critically ill patients experiencing conditions such as cardiogenic shock, STEMI, and cardiac arrests. Your expertise will be essential in titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, interpreting EKG rhythms, and coordinating advanced therapies—all within a dedicated ICU setting. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, with every other weekend and one major winter holiday included, offering a balanced yet impactful work experience.
