Job Description:

Join this engaging assignment as a PCU Registered Nurse working the overnight 12-hour night shifts in a hospital setting. You will be responsible for managing patient needs with a focus on those requiring conscious sedation, ventilator support, and telemetry monitoring. Expect to float within units of similar or lower acuity, providing essential nursing care during your shift. This role offers a chance to experience a fast-paced environment where your skills in handling complex cases like telemetry and VENTs will be put to good use. The schedule includes three nights per week, with patient ratios around 1:3, providing a balanced workload that enables you to deliver attentive care while enjoying your time off.
