Job Description:

Join as an IMC Registered Nurse in Leonardtown, Maryland, for a 13-week travel contract covering 36 hours per week. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts (6:45 AM to 7:15 PM) in a PCU/IMC/Stepdown unit that manages up to 8 patients. You’ll be responsible for bedside monitoring, ultrasound IV placements, cardiac monitoring, and utilizing lift equipment. The assignment offers a chance to work in a busy environment where quick thinking and technical skills are essential. The unit requires every other weekend coverage, with float responsibility limited to Tele and/or Med-Surg units as needed. This unique opportunity suits RNs with at least two years of experience and ACLS & BLS certifications, eager to pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum score of 80%, especially on lethal rhythms. Caribbean blue scrubs are expected as attire, and the unit's operational needs will determine weekend staffing.
