Job Description:

Join a 39-bed Medical/Telemetry Adult Inpatient Unit, where you'll be a vital part of our team during 12-hour night shifts. This contract offers an engaging opportunity for RNs with at least two years of experience, especially those skilled in interpreting TeleStrips and performing comprehensive nursing assessments. Night positions do not rotate, providing consistency for your work schedule, while day rotators may switch between morning, evening, and overnight shifts when needed. Expect to care for patients with multiple medical conditions, including low-risk cardiac cases, and to work with a patient ratio of 3 to 5 patients depending on your staffing. You'll utilize EPIC electronic health records and should hold an active Massachusetts RN license along with current BLS certification.
