Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse position places you in the fast-paced environment of a Transplant ICU, where you'll be the go-to professional for managing complex cases involving multi-system organ failure, dysrhythmias, and post-neurosurgical care. The night shift offers a chance to experience the quiet intensity of the unit from 19:00 to 07:30 over a 13-week contract. You'll utilize your critical thinking and technical skills to interpret and manage intricate patient conditions, including ICP monitoring, ventilator management, and trauma care, all while floating within units of equivalent acuity. It's a role that combines specialized knowledge with the opportunity to make a real difference during challenging overnight hours.
