Job Description:

Join our ICU Critical Care Float Pool as a Registered Nurse specializing in critical care. You’ll be rotating through a variety of intensive care units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU, providing versatile support based on staffing needs and patient acuity. This role involves floating between units of similar or lower acuity, offering a flexible but focused opportunity to apply your ICU expertise while working night shifts. Expect to manage ventilators, telemetry, and IV starts, leveraging your proficiency with EPIC and your experience with critical care procedures. This assignment is designed for those who thrive on variety and challenge in a fast-paced environment.
