Job Description:

Join a specialized inpatient rehab team as a Registered Nurse working 12-hour night shifts in Greensboro, North Carolina. This contract offers the opportunity to work with patients recovering from neurological injuries such as stroke, TBI, and spinal cord injury, in a setting dedicated to rehabilitation. You'll be responsible for medication reconciliation, dressing changes, specimen collection, and patient triage, all while navigating the unique challenges of inpatient neuro-rehab. The role requires flexibility for float shifts across Cone Health campuses and a minimum of one year of acute care rehab experience. Don't worry—your knack for interpreting labs and vital signs will be put to good use in supporting patients’ recovery journey.
