Job Description:

This ICU travel nursing role in Tulsa offers the opportunity to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment that demands clinical expertise, especially in neuro and ventilator management. You'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in the MICU, performing assessments, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Prior travel experience of at least two years and proficiency with neuro protocols and ventilator management are required. Patients in this unit often present complex neurological and respiratory needs, making your skill set vital to the team's success. The role offers a structured night shift schedule of 3 shifts per week, each lasting 12 hours, for a duration of 13 weeks. Expect to utilize your critical thinking and advanced nursing skills in a rewarding environment that values efficiency and quality care. Essential certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are required, and you'll wear navy scrubs during your shift.
