Job Description:

Join our Critical Care Float Pool as a Registered Nurse for weekend night shifts, where you'll have the opportunity to work across various ICU units, including Neuro, Surgical, Medical, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU. This role is designed for experienced ICU nurses who enjoy a little variety and adaptability in their work environment. You'll float to different units based on staffing needs and patient acuity, applying your skills in ventilator management, telemetry, and IV starts, all while utilizing your proficiency with EPIC. The shift operates from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, offering a 36-hour workweek over 13 weeks, with the flexibility to meet unit demands while maintaining a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.
