Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse in the blended ICU at a community hospital in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This 13-week travel contract offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts in a facility with 16 beds, caring for adult and geriatric patients with conditions such as STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, sepsis, and trauma cases. Experience in CVICU is a plus but not required, giving you a chance to gain or expand critical care skills in a supportive environment. You'll be working with Baxter pumps and Medhost EHR, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2, and will have the chance to float to the intermediate care unit or ED holding area as needed. This assignment is a great fit for those who enjoy a mix of routine and acute cases in a Level Trauma III facility, with responsibilities including maintaining certifications, managing complex patients, and providing essential patient care. Expect to be part of a team led by Katelyn Belt, with adherence to the facility’s attendance policies and standards.
