Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse contract offers a chance to work in a busy adult to geriatric intensive care setting with a focus on ventilator management, arterial lines, and titration of sedation, pain, and vasopressors. Night shifts run from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing a lively but controlled environment where you’ll participate in multidisciplinary rounds each morning, coordinate patient transport to imaging, and respond to ICU emergencies as first call before the intensivist. You’ll need a minimum of two years’ experience, though first-timers are welcome. Expect to handle high patient volumes and complex diagnoses, with a requirement for experience in titrating continuous infusions and competency with Baxter PrisMax if managing CRRT. This assignment invites a hands-on ICU RN who enjoys the rhythm of night shifts and the challenge of critical care, all while contributing to a cohesive team in a fast-paced setting.
