Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week contract working in the Medical ICU in Arroyo Grande, California. This role involves providing critical care to patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, CHF, and alcohol withdrawal. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with floating opportunities to other units like Telemetry or Emergency Room, as well as Marian. The unit is equipped with Phillips monitors for interpretation, and you'll handle drips and ventilator management in a fast-paced environment. The hospital requires at least two years of ICU experience, and travel experience is preferred. During orientation, you'll complete a brief proctored EKG competency exam. This position offers a chance to make a real impact in a supportive setting with rotating holiday shifts and a navy scrub color code.
