Job Description:

Join a dedicated ICU nursing team for a 13-week travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role involves 12-hour night shifts, where you'll be responsible for managing patients with complex conditions such as sepsis, post-cardiac arrest recovery, and ARDS. The position requires proficiency in phlebotomy and IV placement — skills that are non-negotiable for all RNs at this facility. Expect to utilize advanced equipment like ventilators, balloon pumps, and level I rapid infusers as you support critically ill patients. This assignment offers the opportunity to work with a staffing ratio of 1:2, with the flexibility to be a first-time traveler, and is perfect for those with at least 2 years of ICU experience who thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments.
