Job Description:

Join us for a travel ER RN role in Carlsbad, New Mexico, where you'll be a vital part of the emergency department team during your 13-week assignment. This position involves working 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am, including floating and call requirements. You'll be responsible for delivering patient care in a Level 3 Trauma Emergency Department, managing a patient ratio of 4:1, and utilizing your critical thinking skills to assess and prioritize care. Expect to perform thorough assessments, administer medications with precision, and demonstrate leadership in a fast-paced environment.
