Job Description:

Join this engaging dialysis RN contract where you'll oversee outpatient dialysis treatments in a vibrant equipment-filled environment. You'll be responsible for monitoring blood flow, managing access sites, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing both chronic and acute dialysis therapies. Expect to coordinate with a team of dedicated professionals, handle acuity levels that range from routine to complex, and sometimes step into charge nurse responsibilities for a busy 24-chair unit. Your expertise with blood and blood product administration, cannulation, and managing alarms will be essential in keeping treatments running smoothly around mostly daytime hours, with occasional weekend and holiday shifts that keep the schedule interesting.
