Job Description:

Join our team as an RN in Medical/Surgical Telemetry at a community hospital located in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This role offers 12-hour day shifts with a focus on adult and geriatric patients, including those with acute conditions such as CHF, CKD, and post-surgical scenarios like total joint and ACS. You'll have the opportunity to float to other units like the IMC and ED, providing a diverse and engaging experience. The facility is accredited by The Joint Commission and features 40 beds dedicated to adult and geriatric care. With recent acute care experience, a compassionate approach, and the ability to manage a 1:6 patient ratio, you'll be an integral part of delivering quality care in a beautiful setting that balances work and outdoor recreation. Expect weekly orientations, flexible scheduling within the workload, and a supportive environment led by supervisors committed to your success.
