Job Description:

Join our team as a Contract Med/Surg RN in Indianapolis, working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be caring for adult medical and surgical patients, providing essential support during overnight hours. The role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience on a busy 30-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:5. Expect to work from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week over a 16-week assignment. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of med/surg experience and current BLS certification. Float requirements mean you'll have the chance to work across different areas within the department, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
