Join a 12-hour rotating day/night shift as a medical-surgical nurse caring for adult inpatients, including orthopedics, neuro-surgical, and level 1 trauma patients. This role offers a hands-on experience in delivering safe, high-quality care focused on zero-harm and enhancing the patient experience through pain management, proactive rounding, and bedside hand-offs.
