Job Description:

Join our team as a Labor & Delivery RN in a dedicated LDRP unit within the Women’s Services Department. This role involves assisting during obstetric surgeries in the OR and supporting women before, during, and after delivery. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts over a 13-week contract. Floating within your scope of practice is required, and you may serve as a charge nurse or preceptor, depending on the unit's needs. Ensure all certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, NRP, and CPI or MAB are current before start. The facility may cancel one shift every four weeks. Be prepared for a setting that emphasizes teamwork and quick thinking in a busy maternity environment. Compliance clearance must be completed 10 days prior to orientation, which will include various RN specialties such as ED, Med Surg, Tele, ICU, NICU, and Postpartum.
