Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in a fast-paced, high-turnover acute care setting where you'll have the chance to care for a diverse array of patients, including those with infection, renal, cardiac, pulmonary, oncology, orthopedic, bariatric, pre-transplant, and COVID-related conditions. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to develop a wide range of skills, as patient stays are often brief due to high census and rapid patient turnover. You will perform assessments, administer medications, and manage equipment such as Alaris pumps, CPAPs, BIPAPs, and EKGs. The role involves floating within your scope to meet facility needs and caring for patients with complex needs, including trach care and rhythm interpretation, making it a stimulating environment for those eager to learn. Enjoy working 12-hour night shifts scheduled four days a week for 13 weeks, with an emphasis on flexibility and quick adaptation to varied patient conditions.
