Job Description:

Join a reputable medical step-down unit in Atlanta, where you'll play a vital role caring for patients with complex conditions such as sepsis, heart failure, respiratory failure, and chronic kidney disease. This 13-week contract offers a schedule of 12-hour night shifts, allowing you to experience the quiet, reflective hours of overnight care while managing a patient ratio of 1 to 4. You'll be applying your two years of ICU or step-down experience, with ACLS and BLS certifications, to monitor and support patients in a fast-paced environment with 16-20 beds. This is a chance to hone your skills in a supportive setting that values your expertise and dedication. Expect to engage with patients undergoing serious health episodes, contributing to their stabilization and recovery with your attentive and expert care.
