Job Description:

This contract position for a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) offers a unique opportunity to work on a fast-paced telemetry and step-down unit within a respected teaching hospital. You'll be floating across PCU and Medical-Surgical units, managing complex cardiovascular patients, and utilizing skills in IV therapy, blood product administration, and central line care. The night shift runs 12 hours from evening to early morning, providing a quieter but equally challenging environment. The busy atmosphere means you'll be responding to emergencies, interpreting telemetry, and coordinating care for diverse acute cases—all while enjoying the camaraderie of a supportive team.
