Job Description:

Join the behavioral health team at Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital in White Hall, AR, for a 13-week travel assignment that offers a unique opportunity to work on a dedicated unit caring for adult and geriatric patients. As an RN in this role, you'll be responsible for managing care within the Behavioral Health Unit, which features 12 geriatric beds and 24 adult beds. Your focus will be on crisis stabilization, utilizing verbal de-escalation techniques and emergency physical interventions when necessary. This shift is during the nights from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with an expectation of 36 hours per week. Floating between adult and geriatric units allows you to broaden your skills and experience in different patient populations. The facility uses Cerner EHR, so your prior experience with this system is essential. No call is required, and the environment encourages high energy, teamwork, and a positive attitude throughout a fast-paced, challenging setting.
