Job Description:

Join us as an ICU Registered Nurse for a 14-week travel assignment in Lubbock, Texas. This role involves floating between units within a Level II Trauma Center that features 379 beds, providing critical care in both cardiac and neuro specialties. You'll work 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, every other weekend, with a focus on managing patient ratios between 1:2 and 1:3. Experience in trauma, general surgery, and neuro ICU is essential, and a background of at least 2-3 years in ICU is preferred. This assignment offers a chance to develop your expertise in a fast-paced environment while embracing the unique rhythm of short-term acute care.
