Job Description:

Join a busy surgical department in Fargo as an Operating Room Surgical Technician specializing in neuro procedures. You'll assist in a variety of surgeries in one of the largest OR suites around, supporting surgeons with orthopedics, ENT, plastics, and trauma cases. Your role will involve setting up equipment, ensuring sterile fields, and helping facilitate smooth surgical workflows in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, utilizing systems like Zimmer, Depuy, Biomet, and Striker for joint replacements. This position offers an engaging mix of primary neuro cases and other specialties, providing hands-on experience in a high-volume hospital setting. The schedule includes 8 to 10-hour evening shifts, with opportunities for extended hours when needed, and call days that keep things interesting but structured.
