Job Description:

Join a specialized surgical team in Reston’s CVOR unit, where you'll assist in performing advanced open heart procedures such as CABGs, MVR, TVR, AVR, Vats, and vascular surgeries. This role focuses on scrub and circulate procedures, including room setup, sterilization, and equipment management. Expect to work alongside skilled staff using Belmont, ESU, and cell saver systems, with a chance to hone your sterile technique and central line setup skills. The environment offers an engaging mix of procedural preparation and technical execution—think of yourself as the backstage star ensuring every surgical session runs smoothly.
