Job Description:

This position involves providing specialized support within the operating room suite, focusing on assisting with surgical procedures, managing instrument counts, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies. The role requires quick thinking and attention to detail, as you will anticipate the needs of the surgical team and contribute to maintaining a smooth workflow during lengthy 12-hour day shifts. Unique to this assignment is the on-call responsibility, which includes responding within 30 minutes during assigned weekends and participating in on-call rotations for both weekdays and weekends. You’ll be an essential part of a dedicated team supporting high standards of surgical support and patient safety.
