Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse on the Oncology Floor for a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension. This assignment is perfect for nurses who thrive on acuity and managing higher patient ratios, typically around 1:6 or 1:7. You'll work a 12-hour night shift, with options for 3x12s or 4x12s, in an environment that values experience and efficiency. Telemetry skills and IV start experience are essential, and prior oncology experience is highly preferred. This role involves minimal to no RTO (must be included on submission), and familiarity with Cerner and Soarian EMR systems will help you hit the ground running. If you're comfortable with block scheduling and have at least one year of recent MedSurg experience, this could be an excellent fit. Royal Blue scrubs are required for shifts, which start at 7:00 PM and end at 7:00 AM.
