Job Description:

Join a specialized ICU team in Marrero, Louisiana, where you'll be immersed in managing neuro and vascular patients, including post-op craniotomies, stroke cases, and complex general CC patients. This role involves floating between SCU, NCU, and CCU units, as well as providing care in the ED for CC admits—offering a diverse and engaging experience. Expect to operate ventilators, manage EVD, ICP monitoring, lumbar drains, and utilize specialized equipment like CRRT and arterial lines. This assignment is perfect for an ICU RN with limited neuro experience seeking a dynamic, fast-paced environment with night shift hours. You'll play a vital part in patient stabilization and recovery, working closely with a team committed to excellent care in a hospital setting without patient care duties outside the ICU scope.
