Job Description:

Join a team as an ECMO Specialist Registered Nurse in Omaha, Nebraska, where you'll be the go-to expert managing patients on ECMO, whether for cardiac or non-cardiac reasons. This role offers an engaging mix of responsibilities, including float assignments to NICU, PICU, and CVPICU units, with the opportunity to work in a specialized setting that requires proficiency in both VA and VV ECMO management. You'll work 12-hour days on a 1:2 patient ratio, supporting patients through complex critical care situations and stepping into ICU bedside nursing when ECMO cases are not active. Whether guiding patients through life-saving interventions or adapting to different units, your expertise will be crucial in a supportive environment that values your specialized skills.
