Job Description:

Join our team in Asheville as an experienced emergency department nurse, where you'll be at the forefront of urgent care in a busy Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center. This 13-week travel assignment offers 12-hour night shifts, providing ample opportunity to hone your skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with over 100,000 annual visits. You'll work with advanced monitoring equipment, including GE monitors and Baxter pumps, while contributing to a team known for its welcoming atmosphere and multicultural patient base. Your responsibilities will include patient assessments, administering emergency treatments, and providing a respectful, compassionate experience to each individual you care for. Prior experience in a high-acuity ED and certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC are required to ensure you're prepared to meet the demands of this dynamic role.
