Job Description:

Join a specialized surgical team as a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) for an intensive 13-week contract in Indianapolis. This role involves scrubbing liver transplant procedures independently, with a focus on complex surgeries such as liver resection, Whipple, and other large open belly cases. Your day shifts will run 12 hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and you can expect to handle approximately 35 surgical cases daily using advanced equipment like the DaVinci XI. The position requires prior experience in transplant surgeries and hands-on aseptic technique, along with certifications in BCLS and NBSTSA. With around 40-60 hours of call over six weeks, this is a compelling opportunity for seasoned OR techs to showcase their skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment that values surgical precision and teamwork.
