Job Description:

Join a healthcare team dedicated to supporting the most delicate of tiny patients in the NICU through this specialized Respiratory Therapist contract. You'll work in a Level 1 trauma hospital, focusing on critical care for neonatal and pediatric patients, especially in the NICU and PICU settings. Your day will involve managing ventilators, participating in emergency responses like Code Blue, and making vital ventilator decisions based on patient assessments and lab results. This assignment offers a chance to apply your extensive recent experience with lung protective ventilation, Drager XL, and v500 ventilators, making a difference during 12-hour shifts on our busy days. It’s a role that keeps you engaged with complex cases while sharpening your skills in a fast-paced environment.
