Job Description:

This 13-week travel RN position in Labor & Delivery offers a unique opportunity to work in a busy Level 2A nursery and postpartum unit in Spearfish, South Dakota. You'll be caring for a variety of patients, including mothers in labor, postpartum, antepartum, and providing neonatal care for newborns and infants under 28 days old. The role involves interpreting fetal monitoring, performing adult and neonatal assessments, and collaborating with a team that values your expertise. With 12-hour night shifts, you’ll experience quiet night hours and the chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment that includes in-house hospitalist coverage and centralized fetal monitoring. The unit cares for sick babies and handles gynecological surgeries, making this role ideal for RNs with L&D experience seeking a dynamic yet rewarding assignment that combines clinical skills with the chance to enjoy the scenic surroundings of South Dakota.
