Job Description:

Join a specialized inpatient Case Management team at a prominent cancer treatment facility, where your expertise in complex case review and utilization management will be put to good use. As a Registered Nurse with a background in oncology and acute care settings, you'll navigate Epic and InterQual documentation while communicating via SBAR. The role involves assessing admission criteria, coordinating care, planning discharges, and conducting review activities such as concurrent review, appeals, and denials—offering a chance to make a tangible impact on patient and facility outcomes. Expect mornings filled with impactful decision-making, and the chance to be part of a dedicated team ensuring medical necessity and compliance with CMS, NCQA, and The Joint Commission standards.
