Job Description:

Join a healthcare team as a Case Manager Registered Nurse in a facility specializing in medical, surgical, cardiac, vascular, and some neuro diagnoses. This 13-week contract offers a balanced schedule with 8-hour days, working predominantly in a daytime 5x8-hour shift from 08:00 to 16:30, including every other weekend. You'll be coordinating patient care plans, managing documentation within the EPIC system, and collaborating with a stable team in a supportive environment.
