Job Description:

Join a respected ICU team in Rockford, Illinois, where your nights will be filled with meaningful work in a Level 1 Trauma Center. This contract opportunity places you in the heart of patient care within the Step-Down ICU and ICU units, offering a chance to utilize your critical care skills during 12-hour night shifts. You will manage complex patient cases, administer medications, and develop individualized care plans—sometimes even down the hall in the Step-Down ICU. This assignment emphasizes collaborative team efforts and clinical expertise, immersing you in a fast-paced environment that values thorough documentation and patient safety.
