Job Description:

Join our team as a PACU Registered Nurse in an outpatient surgery center located adjacent to a major hospital. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work primarily in ophthalmology, with a focus on recovery after outpatient procedures. You will be responsible for monitoring patients post-surgery, managing their recovery in the PACU, and providing vital support during their transition back to the comfort of their home. Expect a shift structure of eight-hour days, with post-shift call requirements that vary based on departmental needs. Your expertise in ophthalmology and PACU experience will be crucial for providing high-quality care in this specialized setting, making this assignment both rewarding and uniquely focused on outpatient recovery processes.
