Job Description:

Join a specialized NICU unit as a Registered Nurse on a contract basis, working overnight shifts that cover three 12-hour nights. This role offers the chance to work with fragile newborns needing advanced support such as vents, bubble CPAP, CVCs, art lines, and post-surgical care for both general and cardiac cases. You'll be managing complex cases that require precision and quick decision-making, with responsibilities including developing individualized care plans, monitoring patient progress, administering critical interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Float requirements mean you might also support PICU or pediatric units based on census, adding variety to your nightly routine. This assignment emphasizes clinical expertise and teamwork in a setting that truly values your intensive neonatal care skills.
