Job Description:

This Neuro ICU Registered Nurse contract offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where your expertise in neurological assessments and intracranial pressure management truly make a difference. You'll be caring for adult patients recovering from neurosurgical procedures, stroke interventions, or brain tumors, with responsibilities including hourly neurological evaluations, EVD management, and post-thrombectomy and post-craniotomy care. The shifts are overnight, 12 hours each, providing a rhythm that allows for daytime adventures. Navigating a bustling 24-bed Neurosurgical ICU within a Level I Trauma Center, you'll find both challenge and camaraderie. This assignment is perfect for a dedicated neuro specialty RN ready to bring precision and compassion to a complex patient population.
