Job Description:

Join this exciting 13-week travel assignment as a Medical Surgical Oncology Registered Nurse, where you'll play a vital role in caring for patients undergoing complex cancer treatments. You'll work in a renowned teaching and Level I Trauma Center in Portland, providing specialized nursing care for GI cancers, gynecological cancers, and thoracic malignancies. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, giving you the opportunity to experience the city’s vibrant evenings and peaceful nights. This role involves administering chemotherapy, managing wound drains, and supporting patients through procedures like Whipple surgeries and liver resections. Be prepared to float within your scope to other units as needed, and enjoy the chance to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment that values your expertise and flexibility. No Epic experience required but preferred. First-timers are welcome to apply.
