Job Description:

Join a respected hospital in St. Louis for an engaging Step Down Registered Nurse contract. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts in a busy PCU setting, with a focus on vent management, telemetry, trach care, and IV starts. You’ll interpret arrhythmias, collaborate closely with respiratory therapy, and manage complex patient cases that keep you sharp. As part of this team, you’ll float within your scope to other medical-surgical units as needed, adding variety to your nights.
