Job Description:

Join a rewarding travel nursing assignment as a Step Down Registered Nurse in Dayton, Ohio. This role involves caring for patients with stable chronic ventilators and managing targeted nurse-to-patient ratios of approximately 1:4, with flexibility up to 1:5-6. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing critical support during overnight hours, and have the opportunity to experience a variety of clinical situations within a supportive team. This assignment offers a chance to refine EPIC documentation skills and showcase your ability to adapt in floating scenarios across multiple hospital campuses.
