Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse on a 40-bed Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit at a prominent teaching hospital in Winston-Salem. You'll provide care for patients with hematology, oncology, and leukemia diagnoses, focusing on symptom management, comfort care, and end-of-life support. This role involves performing port access, blood product administration, electrolyte management, and cardiac rhythm interpretation during 12-hour night shifts. Expect to collaborate with a dedicated team, including CNAs, receptionists, charge nurses, and support staff, in a facility equipped with advanced technology like Epic EMR, Alaris pumps, and Philips monitors.
