Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week contract where you'll be instrumental in managing the emergency department's rapid patient intake process. You'll oversee the screening and boarding of patients in the ED, handling an average of 40 patients daily and coordinating with inpatient bed assignments. This role involves teleboard responsibilities, with a focus on maintaining a steady flow of patients while adhering to established protocols. Experience with boarder patients and trauma settings will help you succeed. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts, with a commitment of 36 hours per week, primarily in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and quick decision-making are essential.
