Job Description:

Join a fast-paced ER border assignment where you'll be providing high-acuity care across multiple units, including ED, MS/T, and IMC. This 13-week contract offers 36 hours weekly, working three 12-hour days from 07:30 to 20:00. You'll need an active Maryland RN license, BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications. The role involves managing a wide variety of patient diagnoses, often requiring quick thinking and adaptability as you handle up to 40 border patients daily. The shift includes every other weekend and scheduled holidays, with floating responsibilities between units to ensure comprehensive patient coverage. Experience in the ED setting, particularly with complex admissions, will help you thrive in this high-volume environment.
